How is your jewellery made?

Handmade in London using the ancient method of lost-wax casting, our jewellery is meticulously crafted. Anjali collaborates closely with skilled local casters to bring designs to life. We use 100% recycled silver as the foundation, which is then expertly plated with 24kt gold vermeil. In line with our commitment to sustainability, we thoughtfully source our chains from local manufacturers who share our dedication to using 100% recycled metals.

How long does delivery take in the UK?

We dispatch all UK orders via Royal Mail's 1st class service, which typically takes 1-3 days for delivery.

When can I expect my order to dispatch?

Our aim is to ship all orders by the end of the week or over the weekend following their placement. However, during peak periods, there may be a slight delay. Rest assured, you will receive your tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Where do you deliver?

We offer free shipping to our customers in the UK & £20 standard shipping to the rest of the world.

Can I return or exchange my order?

At De Roms each piece is individually made by hand, so you might see some imperfections - but we feel this supports our ethos; finding beauty in imperfections. If you do still want to return your order you have 14 days after your order is delivered to return or exchange any pieces, please note that any returns received outside of this timeframe will be declined. Please reach out to us at info@deroms.com, and we will be more than happy to assist you with any refunds or exchanges, including the option to exchange for entirely different pieces. Kindly note that for hygiene reasons, we regretfully cannot accept returns or exchanges for earrings.

Do you cover the cost of returns?

For customers within the UK, returns are free of charge. Please contact us at info@deroms.com, and we will provide you with a returns label.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we receive your returned order, we will inspect it before processing the refund. Depending on your bank's processing times, please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be credited back to your account.

Can I amend my delivery address?

If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting us at info@deroms.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
