At De Roms, we take great pride in hand-packing your order with love and attention to detail. Rest assured that your De Roms order will be carefully prepared and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Committed to ensuring a seamless experience, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

Delivery Options:

UK Customers:

  • Free Standard Delivery
  • Special Next-Day Delivery: £10


International Customers:

  • Standard Delivery: £20


We mainly use Royal Mail, but may also use the following delivery services:

  • DHL
  • DPD

International Shipping Fees & Duties:

When sending orders outside the UK, various import duties and taxes may apply based on the destination country. We handle all associated costs for deliveries to the EU and the United States. For other locations, any import charges will be your responsibility. For specific details on customs fees for your country, please get in touch with us at info@deroms.com.

Be aware that international orders might experience unforeseen delays due to customs procedures, which can exceed our initial delivery estimates. These delays are typically managed by the customs officials in the destination country and can be influenced by random inspections, leading to variability in delivery times.

Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from De Roms. Therefore, we offer a straightforward returns policy.

If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we are pleased to offer exchanges or refunds for items returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that any returns received outside of this timeframe will be declined.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
